The
articles at Pedigree Post are written by some of the world's top experts on
Thoroughbred pedigrees, many professional journalists and pedigree consultants,
including the authors of several books on the subject. They are joined by
members of a growing group of serious students of pedigree research.
The
Pedigree Post was developed as a vehicle for these writers to present their
ideas on pedigrees and breeding trends. All are unified by the concept that it
is possible to breed top horses by studying the pedigrees of top horses, past
and present, and by using the knowledge from these studies to breed top horses
in the future. Anyone is invited to contribute.

LEO TSATSARONIS
Leo runs a small software company based in Victoria, Australia.
Leo became interested in pedigrees when he purchased a share in a racehorse. The
racehorse showed a lot of ability eventually winning 8 races and over $140,000
and Leo became fascinated with why that horse could run whilst other horses by
the same sire couldn't.
Leo has since designed and markets the G1 Goldmine product and also keeps 1-2
broodmares which he breeds from and races the progeny with friends.
